UX stands for “User Experience” and it’s basically like the bouncer at the hottest club in town. It decides who gets in and who doesn’t. It’s the difference between a website or app that’s easy to use and one that’s a total pain. Think of UX like the ingredients that go into a cake. It’s the color, the shape, the look, the feel, and the taste. Without the right ingredients, it’s not gonna work. UX decides what goes in and what stays out. For example, let’s say you want to buy a pair of shoes online. The UX design of the website will determine how easy it is for you to find the shoes, how quickly you can add them to your cart, how easy it is to checkout, and more.
