String Theory

String Theory is a theory in physics that explains the behavior of tiny particles called strings. It says that everything in the universe is made up of these tiny strings and that they vibrate at different frequencies. The different frequencies that the strings vibrate at help explain the different forces and particles in the universe. An example of String Theory is like a guitar string. Just like a guitar string can make different notes when it is plucked or strummed, strings in String Theory vibrate at different frequencies to make different particles. Every particle is just a different vibration of the strings. Fun Fact: String Theory is one of the most complicated theories in physics, and some of the equations that go along with it have over 10500 characters!
