How to drink water
Drinking water is an important part of staying healthy and feeling good. Here is a simple step-by-step guide on how to drink water: 1. Find a cup, a glass, or a bottle of water. 2. If you are using a cup or a glass, hold it in one hand and turn on the tap or faucet with the other hand. 3. Put your mouth close to the cup or glass and let the water run into it. 4. When the cup or glass is full, stop the tap or faucet with the same hand you used to turn it on. 5. Pick up the cup or glass with both hands and bring it close to your mouth. 6. Take a sip of water and swallow it. 7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you have drunk enough water. An example of this would be like filling up a water bottle before you head off to school. That way, you can sip on it throughout the day and stay hydrated! Fun fact: Did you know that water makes up more than half of your body weight? That means that drinking water is really important to help keep your body healthy and strong!
