Artificial Intelligence

Really Dumb

Artificial Intelligence
Ah, Artificial Intelligence; the latest buzzword in tech and the bane of every college student’s existence. It’s a fancy way of saying “robots can now do things that used to be left to humans”. Basically, AI is the attempt to make machines act like humans through the use of algorithms, data, and lots and lots of computing power. It’s a way to automate processes and tasks, freeing up human beings to do more creative and meaningful work. Stats and facts? OK, sure. AI is expected to add over $15 trillion to the global economy by 2030. We’re already seeing AI being used in many aspects of our lives, from self-driving cars to facial recognition software. AI is powering many of the apps we use on our phones, from Siri to Google Maps. It’s also being used in healthcare, finance, retail, and more. Examples? Well, you can think of AI as a “digital assistant” that can help us with our day-to-day tasks. AI can handle mundane tasks like scheduling appointments, sorting emails, and even providing customer service. It can also be used in more sophisticated ways, such as analyzing data to make predictions or helping automate complex processes. So, there you have it. AI: It’s the future, and it’s here to stay. Enjoy!
